Ian has just reminded me that we are off to see The Rocky Horror Show at the Playhouse Theatre next thursday.
It's an event where you have to dress up as one of the characters!

I might go as the mad Magenta in a Maids outfit and stockings and suspenders!
Tube travellers on that eve will be getting a treat!

Problem is we are unsure what Ian can go as.

Any ideas?

What Rocky Horror Character should Ian go as?

I'm doing a jigsaw Puzzle. It is a utter bitch!

There is a 1000 pieces (well 999 now since kitties lost a piece somewhere in the living room the other week)
I did the edges/border a few weeks ago but lost interest as that took me 3.5 hours alone.
I normally like puzzles. But i'm struggling with this one.

I starting doing some last night again but didn't get too far.
Doing some since lunchtime and doesn't look like I've got much further.

You now when you just want to get something done and over with but there isaalways something to hold you up?
This is the case with the dreaded bathroom decorating. We have been doing it forever!

It was a complete state and really needed it. The past owners were such botchers. The walls needed replastering all over and sanding but Ian has had to go solo with this as the dust just flares up my eczema. Feel a bit helpless here as I do want to help.

The plastering is almost done, just a few parts left to sand and a few holes to fill, then we can tosh it over with some paint and put a few new tiles around the bath/sink area. But this sould take another zillion yeaars.

It is just not moving quick enough for my liking due to Ian working and him only being able to do it some weekends. I just really need the plastering sorted to I can paint it in the day.

I want a clean bathroom! Every room gets full of shit and dust and im getting sick of living like this. Its like Steptoe's yard!

I tried to be a good girl and hoover but Dyson wasn't picking up too well, we cleaned the thing and checked for blockages but we think the filter has been screwed with plaster dust and it decided to cut out and overheat. Ian has gone to get a new filter and hopefully it will cool down and work again (Please!!) I need to hoover/mop badly!

So I shall knit and wait for HRH to retun.

We are making Garlic and herb dough to make Monkey Bread (lots of dough balls placed together so they spread and stick together and can be torn apart when warm) with some pasta and roasted garlic and chilli tomato sause.

Oh and Ian bought me a new gothy black, lacy, frilly skirt. I shall look like a Sugar plum fairy meets Night before Christmas when I wear it!

My Journal has been friends only for a while now for various reasons, but I haven't got round to posting about it til now.

My journal contains nothing secret or very interesting in my opinion, just boring mundane stuff like everyone elses!
I just don't like the idea of people spying on me and not introducing themselves, I think that is impolite, bad manners and invasive to my private space.
